Such a practice of yoga is offering a multitude of benefits to our students at almost every grade level. It is helping to alleviate social and academic stress among the students. No doubt, it's making its way into our students with plenty of potentially positive outcomes.
Drawing is an art created with the art and built with the mind it makes you see things clearer and clearer and clearer still. The image is passing through you in a physiological way in to your brain, in to your memery where it stays, it's transmitted by your hands
Drawing not only provides the basis for other creative activities - like painting, sculpture and printmaking - but it also provides a direct link with reading, writing and especially mathematics. Drawing is the single most accessible form of art available. All you need is not only a pencil and a sheet of paper but also a keen interest and creativity.
